I have known Brian for several years through my sister who was then an insurance agent at AIA. Ever since my sister left AIA, Brian took over my policies and served with his heart without fail. Brian is someone whom you can share your personal financial concerns with. He will based on my needs and capabilities to offer options to suit my requirements and he will definitely not upsell any insurance package to you. This year (March 2022) I was told by my doctor that I had to do a major surgery. In fact, I have some reservations with the doctor and I decided to call Brian to discussed my case and situation with him. Brian then recommended 2 doctors to me as he had clients who have similar situations with myself. I decided to proceed with the surgery with one of his recommended doctor. Brian follow up with the necessary paperwork on the surgery/hospitalization processes closely with me too. And so I had the surgery done in June 2022 and I am very thankful that everything went very well and smooth. Also, I managed to receive my claims back accordingly with Brian's speedy response. I am grateful that I can trust Brian with my financial plans and will continue to support him along this journey.

Never trusted Insurance Agents as I believed they were just out to sell any kinds of policies to get commissions and heard numerous sharings on Agents pushing coaxing people to get policies signed. Finally got my first policy for critical coverage from a distanced relative-in-law when I just turned 30 but disappointed as my policy was eventually passed around numerous times to different Agents & no follow-up done accordingly. Due to Covid, I only got to meetup again with Brian 2nd time in late Aug 2020 after post-Covid reopening phase in June 2020. Over time, Brian guided me along in considering carefully my options that best suited myself & constantly checking on my financial status to make sure I am fine & not financially exhausted. Brian also focused with me on my priorities & what I prioritized in my coverage. After almost a year after our first meetup in 2019,I finally considered all options carefully along with Brian's professional guidance and advice, I finally landed on é policies and investment plans that I find most suited for myself. Till today, I am still with AIA Agent Brian whereby I am truly grateful as I know I am in Brian's good hands to take care of everything well & good 😃

After an accident requiring surgery in 2016, I realised the importance of insurance but was at a loss on where to get started. I was introduced to Brian at the time. 4 years down the road, he has not only become my insurance planner, but also a great financial advisor and friend. He is unlike other agents.
