One day a man was walking along the beach when he noticed a boy picking something up and gently throwing it into the ocean.
Approaching the boy, he asked, “What are you doing?” The youth replied, “Throwing starfish back into the ocean. The surf is up and the tide is going out. If I don’t throw them back, they’ll die.”
“Son,” the man said, “don’t you realize there are miles and miles of beach and hundreds of starfish? You can’t make a difference!”
After listening politely, the boy bent down, picked up another starfish, and threw it back into the surf. Then, smiling at the man, he said… ”I made a difference for that one.”

11+ years in the financial planning & insurance business has blessed me with the opportunity to experience situations and events that I'd never trade anything for. Though there were claims experiences that brought sadness, I still found it rewarding as it also came with moments that bring tears of joy.
This joy is what I hold on to, and is what propels me, as I believe the most important and memorable part of this process is the ability to make a positive impact on families around me, one by one. Just like how the boy in the starfish story would.
I am also grateful to the numerous friendships being forged over the years. Thank you for allowing me to be a close part of your lives.

Testimonials & Referral Notes
My family is very glad to have engaged Brian as our AIA agent. He is very dedicated and often goes the extra mile to help us understand our policies and never fails to explain them to us when we forget.
I had a bad fall last year and needed to claim my medical bills. Because I paid by medisave, the claim was more complex. Brian even volunteered to meet me at a nearby McDonald's outlet to help me submit the claim.
My hubby was recently recommended to do endoscopy and colonoscopy by a specialist. He is not covered by his personal insurance by Brian but he was covered under his company, On Engineers Pte Ltd by AIA.
Despite this, Brian took it upon himself to guide him through the claim process. He came to our place twice to assist him when he could have just directed him to his company staff or other AIA staff in charge of his company insurance.
Within a short time, his claim was approved.
Brian also highlighted to us the need for making living wills and CPF nominations.
He provided valuable information on such issues. We appreciate his concern.
If anyone should ask us to recommend an insurance agent, it will definitely be Brian
Thank you Brian .

Great help and Heartwork
My friend recommended consulting Brian for buying a new insurance plan. During our face-to-face meeting, I was impressed by his preparation and attention to detail. He carefully listened to and noted my requirements without promoting his products first. Before meeting him, I had little knowledge of insurance and didn’t fully understand benefits and coverage. He explained everything clearly in layman’s terms, going through possible scenarios and reviewing my existing health insurance coverage.
Only after I understood my existing insurance coverage clearly, he suggested an affordable insurance plan which meets all my needs and provides additional benefits.
Brian is a very friendly person and a good listener. Every time I met with him, I felt comfortable, as if I were talking to an older brother, and our conversations were always fruitful. During our second meeting, he even prepared a folder with all the necessary documents, including details of my existing insurance coverage for future reference. I truly appreciate his effort and excellent service. Even after purchasing the insurance plan, he keeps me informed of any updates related to my insurance in a timely manner. I look forward to working with Brian for my future financial planning and insurance needs.
Thank you, Brian, for your great help and heartwork!🙏

My insurance claims
I bought the hospital plan from AIA since 2013, the advisors changed step by step, and in the past 2 years, Brian continued to take hand over as an advisor. Unfortunately, due to bad health this year, I submitted claims once in October 2023 and once in May 2024. Thanks to Brian's professional guidance, My claims submitted 11 days later that get back my claims. His advise everything went very smoothly, quickly and easily. My company insurance claims also provided guidance. He is one of the best advisors I have ever met my life. Thank you very much for his kindly help and I would strongly recommend him to anyone, who needs help with insurance.

Never trusted Insurance Agents
Never trusted Insurance Agents as I believed they were just out to sell any kinds of policies to get commissions and heard numerous sharings on Agents pushing coaxing people to get policies signed.
Finally got my first policy for critical coverage from a distanced relative-in-law when I just turned 30 but disappointed as my policy was eventually passed around numerous times to different Agents & no follow-up done accordingly.
I managed to chance upon AIA Agent Brian through a common friend in late 2019 6years later. Brian is dedicated, diligent with immersed confidence & providing professional knowledge & services sharing & guiding myself to decide in getting policies best suited for myself.
It was not all a walk in the park as I always had my guards up against Brian due to my experience when I got my 1st critical policy & initial thoughts for all Insurance Agents 🙂↕
I remembered our first meeting at Tampines OTH Geláre in late Aug 2019 as he was all warm, smiley & positively chirpy when introducing himself and we just have a light, causal friendly meal & he was not pushy to intro or go straight into sharing policies, but firstly to understand me as a friend to have me open up my protective titanium guarded doors & mind to earn my friendship & trust.
Due to Covid, I only got to meetup again with Brian 2nd time in late Aug 2020 after post-Covid reopening phase in June 2020. Over time, Brian guided me along in considering carefully my options that best suited myself & constantly checking on my financial status to make sure I am fine & not financially exhausted. Brian also focused with me on my priorities & what I prioritized in my coverage.
After almost a year after our first meetup in 2019,I finally considered all options carefully along with Brian's professional guidance and advice, I finally landed on é policies and investment plans that I find most suited for myself.
Till today, I am still with AIA Agent Brian whereby I am truly grateful as I know I am in Brian's good hands to take care of everything well & good 😃

Thank you so much for being our trusted friend
Knowing what to do when your loved ones have to go through surgery is something everyone wish that they don't have to encounter as we always pray for the best of health to be with our family.
Brian was a god sent when I was lost on what to do. He gathered all necessary information quickly and his meticulous and easy to understand way of explaining to me how the details work was something that impressed me as Insurance has always been a blur to me. What sets Brian above and beyond is that he constantly checks in on how the caregiver is feeling and reminds me that all of us need a break.
That's where you know you have found yourself a trusted and genuine advisor and friend.
Brian provided us with all rounded information from Insurance, LPAs, CPF nomination and I believe if I were to ask for more, he will have them readily available. Thank you Brian! Mama and me will always be thankful for what you have shared with us.

The true essence of a good insurance agent
Our testimony for Brian:
Brian was recommended to us through a friend when we were at a point where we were searching for a better financial advisor. We were very impressed at his holistic knowledge on how to fully insure ourselves on the whole spectrum (will writing, CPF nomination, financial planning, insurance nomination), not just limited to selling insurance policies. He has greatly enlightened us with this holistic perspective and guided us step by step along the process to fully insure ourselves, according to our current budget and potential steps for the future. He has the ability to simplify insurance jargon in layman language that it is easy for us to understand.
Brian is a patient listener and genuine in his interactions. He helped evaluate our life situation and advise on appropriate plans that are affordable and relevant to us. He is an organized person, someone we definitely can trust and rely on to help us in crisis. When we had to do some claims, Brian provided clear instructions to us pre and post claim stage so we don't miss any step and the claiming processes were always smooth.
Brian is a true representation of what a financial advisor means. Look no further, contact Brian today!

Travel Insurance Claim

Being patience and detail in explanation
Dear Brian,
Thank you so much for your assistance in helping us and recommending on the right package of insurance coverage and investment suggestions. Along the way we have encountered multiples consultant where mostly are only suggesting base on what they think is good but not for us. You are typically different as you will base on whats better for your customer in accordance to their needs and want. And you are being very helpful when it comes to claiming process and progress. Being patience and detail in explanation of yours which have taken our heart as loyalty and trust which might be a better words to describe your professionalism. Once again. Thank you for all the assistance and patience.
Your loyal customer/friends/supporters,

Always willing to extend a helping hand
I’ve first met Brian when I moved to Singapore 3 years ago and he was my landlord at first. Over time I’ve got to know his occupation and being new to Singapore, I decided to get my insurance from him. He is super kind and genuine as person, always willing to extend a helping hand. I’ve consulted him on many occasions about my policy and procedures and always goes above and beyond to help. I was also very impressed at how he puts so much time/effort into each of his clients and professionalism towards the job. I’m grateful to have met him and I feel assured that I can trust and rely on him when it matters!

Big thanks to Brian
I would like to give a big thanks to Brian. He analyze my financial situation along with my current life stages to provide me with the best advices that truly met my needs. He did zoom meetings with me at late night to accommodate to my work schedule. He also help me a lot on my policy as mine needed to go through underwriting. He even dropped by my workplace personally just to ensure I signed the documents on time. But the service didn’t stop there. He followed up on my policies and queries all the way till I am truly aware of what I am covered for. He will explain all the terms in layman term patiently which is what I am very grateful for. Thank you Brian, you are truly servicing your clients from your heart.

THE ONLY FINANCIAL ADVISOR I HAVE AND TRUST
All the letters in Brian’s name reflect how he is
- Brilliant, Reliable, Industrious, Affable, Noble-minded.
For nearly a decade, Brian has been my only go-to advisor on financial planning for me, my family, and friends to whom I have introduced him to. Time and time again, he has proven himself to be a well-rounded professional who listens and serves wholeheartedly.
As a comrade during my short stint with AIA in the past, I witnessed Brian’s hard work and dedication to his work. He truly cares for all his clients and prioritises their interests and needs ahead of his benefit.
Tapping on his wealth of experience and knowledge, he unselfishly takes time and effort to educate his clients and provide essential solutions tailored to meet their needs and goals. Brian regularly reviews their portfolios and closely monitors the market trends to safeguard the money and monies clients have invested. He would also often go the extra mile, such as ensuring that his clients have duly completed their nomination for all policies (many agents do not bother to do that!) or even driving and accompanying them to their medical appointments.
With a warm and genuine personality, Brian is also a trusted advisor and friend whom you can approach anytime to comfortably discuss your financial matters over a meal or drink!
Thank you so much, Brian, for your professionalism, kindness, generosity, and friendship. Respect!

Testimonial for Brian
I have known Brian for several years through my sister who was then an insurance agent at AIA. Ever since my sister left AIA, Brian took over my policies and served with his heart without fail.
Brian is someone whom you can share your personal financial concerns with. He will based on my needs and capabilities to offer options to suit my requirements and he will definitely not upsell any insurance package to you.
This year (March 2022) I was told by my doctor that I had to do a major surgery. In fact, I have some reservations with the doctor and I decided to call Brian to discussed my case and situation with him. Brian then recommended 2 doctors to me as he had clients who have similar situations with myself. I decided to proceed with the surgery with one of his recommended doctor. Brian follow up with the necessary paperwork on the surgery/hospitalization processes closely with me too. And so I had the surgery done in June 2022 and I am very thankful that everything went very well and smooth. Also, I managed to receive my claims back accordingly with Brian's speedy response.
I am grateful that I can trust Brian with my financial plans and will continue to support him along this journey.

From Ex-colleagues to my family's Financial Advisor
I have known Brian for many years, from colleagues to being ex-colleagues and finally as my health advisor. Over the years, I have brought several policies from him per his recommendations, and these are policies that suits my short term needs and long-term goals.

Putting my needs first as a client
Brian has been my financial advisor for over seven years, and I have to say, he is probably one of the more patient advisers I have met. I am consistently impressed by his analysis of my situation. I always feel like he puts my needs first. If he cannot give an answer right away, he always gets back with the right information. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Knowledge, patience, and sincerity
I am glad that Brian is my Financial Service Consultant. When I first knew him, I was a young and unknowledgeable teen. I very much appreciate him taking the extra time to answer my many questions. With his guidance, I can say that I have a deeper understanding of investment and insurance. Knowledge, patience, and sincerity in achieving the best for his clients are what make Brian a professional consultant. Thank you, Brian!

Committed to his customer's interest
We have policies with other agents prior to knowing Brian. There were agents who are only interested to close deals as well as agents who are really helpful. However I have never met one like Brian who is committed to his customer's interest as his 1st priority. It's not about how much the policy is, closing more deals and the qty of policies we are purchasing. It is about what we really need and what we can afford. He went the extra miles to help, understand and compile all our policies even if we did not purchase from him or AIA for a better overview of what we lack in our current coverage. The amazing thing is he does not stop here, he reviews and update these compilations whenever needed too. We can feel his sincerity and authenticity through his actions. Even my children can feel it and had decided to entrust Brian with their policies too. Thank you very much, Brian.

Referred to Brian after an unexpected accident
After an accident requiring surgery in 2016, I realised the importance of insurance but was at a loss on where to get started. I was introduced to Brian at the time. 4 years down the road, he has not only become my insurance planner, but also a great financial advisor and friend. He is unlike other agents. Brian really explains policies in a way that I can understand. He is also willing to just sit and discuss, as well as teach investment concepts and strategies to a first-timer like me. A efficient, knowledgeable, reliable and most importantly, trustworthy, agent - I have not trusted anyone else with my policies since. Hope to continue to working with him for many years to come! (:

The people's agent - always caring, ever understanding
I am very sure, everyone has somebody in their contact list that are either in insurance or real estates.
Many , just like me, pay premium and forget to grade their agents services.
Is only when I experiences great issues that my health policies lapsed; I realised that Brian services was different .. He's not my existing agent. Brian is the people's agent, he cares, he listens, he understands my plight and assisted me. His kind and sincere gesture of following thru my case even at the expense of accompanying me to my insurer HQ deeply touches my heart.
I am very Happy to meet Brian, if I can still afford any policy, he will be the 1st person I called.
I am a real estate agent, Just like Brian, I will serve my buyer with the same degree of sincerity, for I think that is an important element that I need to uphold in this service industry. Thank You, Brian.

Genuine concern for clients' well being
It is my pleasure to consult with Brian since he embarked on his new career with AIA in 2013. Armed with years of good networking and inter-personal skills from his previous logistics career, there was never a doubt that he would forge out a new path for himself and never look back. Over the years, I have witnessed his growth from a knowledge-hungry novice advisor, who is learning the ropes from his mentor, to an independent, full-fledged financial consultant and leader who is honest, confident & trustworthy.
Brian does his homework well before his meetings to explain the fine details of policies patiently, providing his own detailed analysis on the pros and cons of various products (not limited to AIA) in the market. He is well prepared for every meeting to answer my numerous questions so that I am crystal clear on what I am signing up for, before proposing cost-effective plans to cater to changing needs of my finances.
Through sheer hard work, perseverance and an expanding customer base, Brian clinched the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Award in 2018. His positive character traits stood out as you can feel his genuine concern for your well-being from his active listening and thoughtful questioning; his way of establishing lasting relationships and taking a holistic view of your finances.
Brian is an open and honest professional, providing above and beyond service for his clients and truly cares for you like a friend.

Brian - a good representation of professionalism
Brian is a good representation of professionalism. Furthermore, his services have consistently exceeded our expectations.
When selling policies, he had patiently strove to fully understand our circumstances and helped us nailed down our needs succinctly. When done, he offered options and advices that help us made the right choices.
When requested, he had no hesitation to take over AIA policies purchased earlier from other financial consultants plus diligently helped submit and followed through when claims were initiated.
What I am most grateful for was, when I met with an accident in a foreign country, his assistance with advices on what needs done and helped coordinated the hospitalization and surgery. Furthermore, we really appreciated his helping us in seeing through the end-to-end medical claim process seamlessly.
We are blessed to have Brian as our financial consultant not only for my wife and I but also for our two grown up children.

Responsible and trusted advisor
I have known Brian for over 2 decades, well before he embarked on his highly successful advisor career. Since I first know him, he has shown to have the necessary personality and traits to help others. He was starting in his financial advisor role just when our family was expecting our child. As first time parents-to-be, we definitely need a responsible and trusted advisor for this new phase in life. From pre-parenthood to now, we had multiple holistic discussions in the last few years. Along the way, we signed up various products with Brian where we will benefit and secure our future as a family. Thank you Brian!!
