Knowing what to do when your loved ones have to go through surgery is something everyone wish that they don't have to encounter as we always pray for the best of health to be with our family. Brian was a god sent when I was lost on what to do. He gathered all necessary information quickly and his meticulous and easy to understand way of explaining to me how the details work was something that impressed me as Insurance has always been a blur to me.
