I bought the hospital plan from AIA since 2013, the advisors changed step by step, and in the past 2 years, Brian continued to take hand over as an advisor. Unfortunately, due to bad health this year, I submitted claims once in October 2023 and once in May 2024. Thanks to Brian's professional guidance, My claims submitted 11 days later that get back my claims. His advise everything went very smoothly, quickly and easily. My company insurance claims also provided guidance. He is one of the best advisors I have ever met my life.
