We have policies with other agents prior to knowing Brian. There were agents who are only interested to close deals as well as agents who are really helpful. Brian is a nice, kind, care and helpful person.The first time i met him was on 2013 when i went for surgery.He helped me with the claim although he is not my insurance agent. He also spent time reviewing my family insurance plans and made a summary for me.He gave his recommendation,but never persuades me to buy any insurance plan. He has a lot of story to tell and he is always help me whenever i need.
