I have known Brian for several years through my sister who was then an insurance agent at AIA. Ever since my sister left AIA, Brian took over my policies and served with his heart without fail. Brian is someone whom you can share your personal financial concerns with. He will based on my needs and capabilities to offer options to suit my requirements and he will definitely not upsell any insurance package to you. This year (March 2022) I was told by my doctor that I had to do a major surgery. In fact, I have some reservations with the doctor and I decided to call Brian to discussed my case and situation with him. Brian then recommended 2 doctors to me as he had clients who have similar situations with myself. I decided to proceed with the surgery with one of his recommended doctor. Brian follow up with the necessary paperwork on the surgery/hospitalization processes closely with me too. And so I had the surgery done in June 2022 and I am very thankful that everything went very well and smooth. Also, I managed to receive my claims back accordingly with Brian's speedy response. I am grateful that I can trust Brian with my financial plans and will continue to support him along this journey.

My family is very glad to have engaged Brian as our AIA agent. He is very dedicated and often goes the extra mile to help us understand our policies and never fails to explain them to us when we forget. I had a bad fall last year and needed to claim my medical bills. Because I paid by medisave, the claim was more complex. Brian even volunteered to meet me at a nearby McDonald's outlet to help me submit the claim. My hubby was recently recommended to do endoscopy and colonoscopy by a specialist. He is not covered by his personal insurance by Brian but he was covered under his company, On Engineers Pte Ltd by AIA. Despite this, Brian took it upon himself to guide him through the claim process. He came to our place twice to assist him when he could have just directed him to his company staff or other AIA staff in charge of his company insurance. Within a short time, his claim was approved.
