I am very sure, everyone has somebody in their contact list that are either in insurance or real estates. Many , just like me, pay premium and forget to grade their agents services. Is only when I experiences great issues that my health policies lapsed; I realised that Brian services was different .. He's not my existing agent. We have policies with other agents prior to knowing Brian. There were agents who are only interested to close deals as well as agents who are really helpful. However I have never met one like Brian who is committed to his customer's interest as his 1st priority. It's not about how much the policy is, closing more deals and the qty of policies we are purchasing. It is about what we really need and what we can afford.
